Hello, I have been wanting to try a colon cleanse. I need someone who knows or who has used one to tell me a few things: is it ok to use one at my age of 15, will it be painful, will I be spending the majority of my days on the toilet, are they safe, and which one would you personally recommend? I don't want to get in over my head here.

i have spend a lot of money on different colon cleanse and nothing seems to work for me. what is the best colon cleanse for me to lose the stomach fat? and i also lose weight because im tired of spending money and no results. can you all help for some advice and a cheaper way of saving money.

I have trouble going to the toilet and my doctor has told me to go to Holland & Barrett and get a Colon Cleanse Tablet, but i dont know what one is best, she also told me to try Acai Berry Tablets to help with the bloating, any advice? Thanks x
