im 13. Nearly 14 and i havent been having the best balanced diet. ive been overeating and stuff. and sometimes i eat a lot in a day and hardly get any waste out. i dont drink much water and i always feel bloated after eating.. well not always bt most of the time. if i eat a load of sweets my arms and stuff start to hurt. but that happened to me a long time ago and i got a blood test to check if it was diabetes but it wernt
Could i get my colon cleansed out???

Hey. I was wanting to cleanse my colon, and i heard u could make asparagus soup. So does any1 know any easy recipes for asparagus soup to make? with very minimum ingredients lol.
Also, would it also work if i bought asparagus soup from supermarket? I read it works if there’s no salt in it, but these supermarket ones have salt in them. So would it b best to make it from scratch?
Any1 know of any other product/supermarket foods/recipes to make for colon cleansing?

I know weight loss pills don’t actually make you lose weight, but it can speed things up a bit when used with a healthy diet and exercise, which should i do. Just wondering which is the best without bad side effects.
1.Fat blaster
2.acai berry (colon cleanse)
3. hydroxcut
Please share, if you’ve had experience with any these, or any other weight loss pill that has worked for you.
which is the best? if there are side effects please let me know. Or if you have any other recommendations, feel free to share. Please don’t tell me to just eat healthy and exercise, i’ve tried it, it doesn’t work. Do i have to be 18 to buy these, in the shops or online. Would prefer if parents didn’t know. appreciate the help. cheers x
