which is best a colon cleanse or colon hydrotherapy? and how is hydrotherapy different from an enema? doesnt a diet tea do almost the same? does anyone know by experience? I do know that a colon cleanse and/or colon hydrotherapy are suppose to clean your system from waste but which is best? I would like to try it out but would like some more info if anyone out there has tried it would help thanks. also I have tried diet teas which make me go to the bathroom a few hours later (I dont go often) but dont think it does what the cleaners can. thanks for any info
