Hi, could someone please tell me more about what is colon detox and why or how it will improve/benefit my health? Could someone also please give me some step how I can do/have it done at home myself? I use to pick up a bottle of citracid from walgreen and drink the whole bottle in the morning in an empty stomach. It works really well, but I am not sure if thats good enough. any advice is greatly apreciatted.
