I had bad pain in my side and the doctors took a x-ray and said i had a lot of bile/stool backed up in my colon. I have tried everything but nothing has worked. what's the best colon cleanse. And does anyone know of a percedure where they hook you up to a machine and suck everything out of you? someone told about this?

Thin stools after colon cleansing?

I just completed a colon cleanse with a kit from Blessed Herbs with laxative herbs, psyillium and powdered bentonite. My skin has been cleared and I feel more energetic after the cleanse and now, I've also been eating better with high fiber diet and lots of clean water. I was quite regular prior to the cleanse with 1 bowel movement every day. After the cleanse, I am regular but frequently get 2-3 BMs a day. Problem is, I cannot understand why my stools are now so much thinner, but long. Prior to the cleanse, I had fatter, shorter stools. Is there a chance that the psyllium/bentonite got stuck in my intestines or some other obstruction? I've also done a couple of enemas but my stools remain thin ( around 3/4 inch ) and long. I'm not constipated and I pass stools easily. Will somebody who has knowledge of what's going on put my mind at ease? I really don't know how to deal with it if I got something stuck in my colon. I want to get one that will help me with gas and bloating and help me become regular. Does any have some that they've used or have heard good things of personally? Hey All- I am trying to get healthy...I have started working out, eating healthier (more organic). I am trying to lose weight too (5-10lbs) ..I have allergies so I am going to do a colon cleanse. After the colon cleanse I am going to start on milk Kefir to fill my tummy back up with "good" bacteria.... Quick question about the colon cleanse though, besides purifying your body. I know that you can lose weight. Does this weight come off so that you can feel a difference in your clothes (clothes feeling a little more loose) or only though the scales and I will feel it no where else? What have been your experiences? (I am going to do the 5 day fast colon cleanse through "Blessed Herbs") Thanks. where do I get medfive?
